Therapy

Therapy offers you a safe, confidential place to talk about your life and anything that might be confusing, painful or uncomfortable. It can specifically help with:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Trauma
  • Low self-esteem
  • Loneliness/sadness
  • Powerlessness
  • Lack of trust in others
  • Stress
  • Confusion
  • Relationship difficulties
  • The effects of physical, emotional or sexual abuse
  • Bereavement and loss issues

In our sessions together, you will have the time to explore your thoughts and feelings and identify areas of concern or difficulty, which may be preventing you achieving your goals and fulfilling your potential.

I offer short or long term therapy, assisting you to explore your difficulties in a safe place based on warmth, acceptance and respect. I welcome people from all backgrounds, faiths, ethnicity, gender and sexuality.

 

To help you decide if I am the right person for you I offer a free initial 30 min meeting where you can tell me more about yourself and what you would like to achieve. You will get a taste of how counselling works and see if we feel comfortable working together. There is no obligation, and you may want to visit a few therapists before making a decision.
